Reviews and Ratings
I had a pretty mixed experience at this hotel. On one hand, the location is unbeatable, right in the heart of the city with plenty of attractions nearby. However, the service left much to be desired as it felt unengaged and some requests went unacknowledged. The rooms were comfortable but could have used a bit more light, especially in the shower area. Overall, it was decent value for money, but improvements in service and room amenities would make it a better choice.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The location was absolutely fantastic, right in the heart of the city center, making it easy to explore. However, the rooms had a musty smell and the condition was not great, with some maintenance issues. The service left much to be desired as there seemed to be a lack of engagement from the management. Overall, while the location is a major plus, the room quality and service need significant improvement.
My stay at this boutique hotel had its highs and lows. The location was fantastic, nestled right in the heart of the old town near some iconic landmarks. However, the room I stayed in was quite uncomfortable due to the heat and poor air conditioning. The service was a mixed bag, with some staff being responsive but others seeming overwhelmed. The limited breakfast options left a bit to be desired, especially compared to other places I've stayed at.
I really enjoyed my stay at this boutique hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, providing a lovely space to relax after a day of exploring. The staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating, making my visit even more pleasant. However, breakfast could have had a bit more variety. Overall, it was a good value for what I experienced.
I stayed at this boutique hotel and was pleased with a few aspects but also faced some major letdowns. The location is absolutely perfect, right in the heart of the city, making it super easy to explore everything on foot. Unfortunately, the rooms were quite pricey and didn't match the photos; mine even lacked a window to the street, making it feel a bit claustrophobic. While the service had its moments, it wasn't always accommodating, particularly with special requests. On the plus side, the simple breakfast they served was a nice start to the day.
